Our work on the 380kV power plant expansion in Rotterdam, Netherlands, exemplifies our comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) capabilities. 01 Project Objectives & Scope Establish and upgrade a critical 380kV transmission link to deliver high-capacity power stability for the national grid, covering Overhead Lines (OHTL), Underground Cable Systems (XLPE), and Switchgear (GIS/AIS). 02 Engineering & Design Review Verification of manufacturing drawings for transformers, GIS, and steel pylon structures, including insulator string electrical field analysis and corona ring setups. 03 Civil Works & Earthing Excavation and casting of reinforced concrete foundations for lattice towers, installation of deep-earth copper grounding grids, and precise Tower Footing Resistance (TFR) measurements. 01 Assembly & Stringing Hoisting of steel pylon sections, hanging EHV insulator sets, stringing bundled phase conductors, and deployment of Optical Ground Wires (OPGW). 02 Testing & Commissioning Fiber optic core splicing, High-Voltage AC resonance testing on GIS components and power cables, and execution of formal grid synchronization. 03 HSE & Specialized Equipment Strict enforcement of OSHA safety protocols, adherence to the 5 Safety Rules, and utilization of advanced heavy equipment for precision installation and testing.
